These Egg Muffins are perfect for an on-the-go breakfast thanks to this yummy blog find.  If you are doing low-carb, THM, Keto, clean eating or just plain eating healthy than these breakfast treats are perfect for you!  They are fast and easy to make and freeze well.  I make them on the weekends and keep in the fridge to eat for breakfast and snacks throughout the week.  Only 1g carb per muffin!
