All too often donuts are missing from the low-carb diet. For good reason…I guess. These blueberry donuts hit the spot if you a craving a simple, sugary dessert or breakfast. They are light and the berries make for a perfect summer treat. Glazing them is optional, but I actually prefer these without the glaze.
