I eat dessert for breakfast. This creamy fruity dessert makes the perfect breakfast treat, although it stands at 16g carbs per serving, net carbs come in at only 9g for those calculating net carbs. Stick to the serving size if you are doing Keto so you don’t go over! The good fat content is high at 28g but the protein stays low at only 4g so this isn’t a regular treat unless you are a THMer or have been maintaining weight loss. It still offers a dessert satisfaction for Keto eaters!
I actually made this a few years ago for Thanksgiving and it was a hit even for those that weren’t healthy eating, it reminds me of the Strawberry Pretzel Salad from my carb-eating days! You can cut this is half too if you want to resist eating more than needed, but if you have a family or group to feed, this is pretty good!
