** UPDATED 6/24/2019 to reflect new pricing, macros, and add new drinks**
Keto? Low Carb? And on the go? Keto is still going strong and growing as a popular lifestyle option. It’s proven to work and backed by many health professionals. It is no wonder why keto recipes, hacks, and options are some of the most highly sought Google searches these days. I’ve been on and off of the keto train but consistently implemented it into my low-carb lifestyle.
Starbucks is a frequent stop for me because I’m always on the go! I’ve become very familiar with some of their low carb options and is one of my tried and true keto places to go for beverages! I’ve been trying different options when using the mobile app to place my orders. This is one of the features of mobile ordering I like the most, the flexibility to create your drink exactly the way you want it. Additionally, it’s a quick pre-ordered pickup through the drive-thru or inside.
Below are some of my most favorite options available at Starbucks for the low-carb lifestyle. They are great for warmer weather, let’s bring on the iced drinks!

Pink Drink
This delicious drink tastes like the Fruity Pebbles cereal! It’s tasty, refreshing, and a drink I order year-round. To add more fat to this drink, you can also add some heavy whipping cream.
Order: Trenta Iced Passion Tango Tea, unsweetened, add 6 pumps of sugar-free vanilla, 2 packets of stevia and add coconut milk (to follow these specific macros request 1/4 c. coconut milk & the rest water – or reduce the cup size for a creamier drink). 4.5g carb, 4g sugar, 3g fat, 45 calories. (pictured with strawberries, these will change the macros if you add them)
You can also make your own Keto Starbucks Drink for a more affordable and convenient at-home option!
Iced Fruit Tea
Similar to the Pink Drink but instead of using sugar-free syrup I requested stevia as a sweetener and only a splash of heavy whipping cream. It will be pinker in color than the pink drink above and not as creamy, but equally as good!
Order: Venti Iced Passion Tango Tea unsweetened, add 3 packets of Stevia, and just a splash of heavy whipping cream. 6g carbs, 0 sugar, 5g fat, 45 calories.
Caramel Machiatto
There are two ways you can go about ordering an iced caramel macchiato and still remain low carb! For both opinions I’ve asked for the caramel to be drizzled lightly, the caramel has carbs in it but is minimal if done lightly. If you eliminate the caramel drizzle then you are basically getting a vanilla macchiato.
Order option #1: Tall Iced Americano in a grande cup, add a splash of heavy whipping cream, 3 pumps of sugar-free syrup, and light caramel drizzle. 4-6g carbs, 2g sugar, 6g fat, 55 calories.
Order option #2: Tall Skinny Iced Caramel Machiatto, substitute milk for half-and-half, and only light caramel drizzle. 5-7g carbs, 2g sugar, 5g fat, 95 calories.
Strawberry Green Iced Tea
A refreshing green tea with added strawberries to give it a slightly sweetened fruity taste. I generally request light ice so that I have more beverage than ice. The 3g of carbs are all from the strawberries, you can add even less scoops for fewer carbs.
Order: Trenta Ice Green Tea unsweetened, add 3 packets of stevia, and add 4 scoops of strawberries. 9g carbs, 2g sugar, 0g fat, 15 calories.
Creamy Vanilla Cold Brew
The nitro cold brew is different from the Narino cold brew, it is available on draft and is much creamier. Both are great options for this drink, but if you order a nitro you will want to drink it immediately rather than have it as a sipper. I add sugar-free vanilla and a splash of heavy whipping cream for a coffee float taste!
Order: Tall Cold Brew unsweetened in a grande cup, add sugar-free vanilla, and add a splash of heavy whipping cream. 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 5g fat, 50 calories,
Iced Vanilla Latte
This is the lazy keto way to grab a basic Iced Latte, and actually will save you a few cents compared to purchasing an actual latte!
Order: Tall Iced Caffe Americano, add 2 pumps sugar-free vanilla, and heavy whipping cream. 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 5g fat, 50 calories.
Vanilla Bean Coconut Cold Brew
It’s like eating real ice cream! Think vanilla bean ice cream over coffee! Trust me when I say this is worth the 7g total carbs. For a keto-splurge, that’s good!
Order: Grande Cold Brew, add sugar-free vanilla, a scoop of vanilla bean powder, and add a splash of heavy whipping cream AND coconut milk. 7g carbs, 3-5g fat, 60 calories, 0g protein.
