Favorite Keto Pancakes – recipe
I haven’t been running to IHOP to get my carb-load on, but I’ve been making these keto pancakes at home! They are my favorite. These pancakes help me to not miss bread! Best doused in some sugar-free syrup or homemade fruit topping and lots of butter, it makes me feel like I fit right back into the world of carbs.
I’ve tried a lot of recipes and this one is by far the best. I usually just make a batch of these to feed my husband and me (the kids are non-keto), typically these make 4-6 pancakes for us.
