My husband and I did keto for almost a year, and during that time I collect some of my most favorite keto and low carb recipes. We have been on and off of the low-carb/keto train and like most at the beginning of each year, are back on it again. Having “tried and true” keto recipes have been a lifesaver. I know these recipes will be good and I don’t have to guess or waste product on failed recipe attempts.

Keto Dinner Recipes

Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole – This is the MOST popular keto recipe on my website and it has never failed me. It’s extremely high in good fat, very low in carbs (5g total per serving), and one of the best-tasting entrees.

Copycat Keto Chick-Fil-A Grilled Nuggets & Sauce – I HAVE to have my Chick-Fil-A and let me tell ya – this is just as good as the original!

Low-Carb Beef Enchiladas – An easy dinner! While a bit high on total carbs, it’s definitely considered low carb. There are options to reduce the carbs even more by making your own tortillas and enchilada sauce.

Keto Cheeseburger Pie – A solid, hearty dinner. This is a keto comfort food for me, it a rich quiche that pairs nicely with a side salad.

Philly Cheesesteak Roll-Ups – With just a bit of crunch, these fried roast beef roll-ups are a perfect substitute for a Philly cheesesteak.

Keto Baked Spaghetti – Using spaghetti squash and basic Italian ingredients, this hearty dish serves a family and is get for leftovers.

Keto Pizza Crust – After trying many keto crusts, this one is my favorite. One of the ingredients is crushed pork rinds, which give it a more texture than the eggy or cauliflower crusts.

Keto Pancakes – My favorite keto pancake recipe, great for two people!

Keto Blueberry Donuts – A great baked doughnut recipe with only 5g total carbs per doughnut!

Keto Bread – Great for making french toast! Only 2g of carbs per slice.

Mozzarella Sticks – When I’m craving carbs, these are the best snacks! They take a bit of time to make, but are well worth the effort!


Keto Dessert Recipes

Raspberry Cheesecake Dessert – Rich and creamy dessert that is served perfectly in Ball jars.

Keto Wendy’s Frosty – My favorite, quick keto dessert. It tastes a lot like a chocolate Wendy’s frosty!
