Let’s partner TOGETHER!

I’m Jamie Ward, the published author and the writer behind Cornfields and High Heels, a travel and lifestyle site dedicated to sharing travel, promoting tourism, and supporting small businesses. My “job” encourages others to travel, explore, try new foods, and find fun in everyday life through sharing stories from around Indiana and the United States.

Since August 2017, I have been engaged in travel writing. As a content creator and CEO of my blog Cornfields & High Heels, I have authored “100 Things To Do In Indiana Before You Die” and co-authored “Midwest Road Trip Adventures” (1st and 2nd editions) and “Midwest State Park Adventures.” Additionally, my upcoming book, “Secret Indiana: A Guide to the Weird, Wonderful, and Obscure,” is set to be published soon.

I am a member and Indianapolis HUB Leader for Wanderful for Women, the Midwest Travel Network, and the Indy Creator Society. I regularly share my travel adventures on various blogs, publications, and networks. My travel experiences have been featured on Fox 59 News, Fox 59 Indy Now, and the Indianapolis Business Journal, among other media outlets throughout Indiana. I have also contributed as a writer for Livability.com, adding my travel perspectives to their platform.

With my marketing and public relations expertise, I work as a freelance writer, content creator, and consultant. I work with various clients, including visitor bureaus, economic development agencies, small businesses, destinations, and tourism agencies. Additionally, I have the pleasure of serving as a freelance Content Writer for two marketing companies in Indiana.

If you would like to discuss partnership/sponsorship opportunities or pricing, please email Jamie Ward at [email protected]

Cornfields & High Heels would love to partner with you to promote your destination, business, or brand. I can work with you on destination promotion or campaigns, content for your digital or print material, freelance writing for your website, and more. I also offer competitive content/influencer marketing packages with various options, starting at $500. Ask me about my non-profit packages!

How we can work together:

These are a few ways to work with this blog, but other ideas and suggestions are always encouraged! I work with each brand/destination individually and personally – let’s discuss what works for you!

You need to visit the Rolls-Royce Heritage Trust, Allison Branch, Inc. (501 C3 educational museum) 1911 N Executive Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241. Contact via 463-202-2601 (likely to have to leave a message except Thursdays) This is the re-creation of the old Allison Powerama that used to be on 10th street. Lots of historic aircraft and rocket engines and very large scale models of the planes / spacecraft they powered. Apollo lunar lander fuel tank – 28 of these still on the moon! – among the many exhibits. They do a LOT of STEM tours for youth of nearly all ages – and college engineering students. Try texting “RRHT” to 56512 and you may get to see some samples of what we have to show! We are in the process of revising our cell and tablet media software, so this might be down – but try it anyway! Dave Newill 317-590-7752.
