Indianapolis Ice Skating Rinks
Elevance Health Rink on Bicentennial Unity Plaza
Morris Bicentennial Plaza (Gainbridge Fieldhouse), Indianapolis
Open from November through the end of January. Kid- and beginner-friendly! Concessions and skating aids are available. Mobility sleds specifically designed for individuals with disabilities are available. Sessions last 90 minutes. Tickets cost $15, and skate rental is $4. Show your Pacers game day ticket for FREE skate rental on the day of your visit!
The Ice Rink at Holliday Park
Holliday Park Nature Center, Indianapolis
Open from November to March. This is a real ice rink! Concessions are available from MashCraft Brewing. It also hosts special programming, including skating lessons for kids and adults, as well as free hockey basics classes starting in January. Tickets cost $14 and include skate rental. Children under 4 are free. Skate aids are available for an additional fee.
Perry Park Ice Arena
Perry Park, Indianapolis
Open mid-November through mid-April. An indoor NHL-sized ice rink, which features four locker rooms + a concession stand. Tickets cost $5-7, and skate rentals are $3.
Pop Weaver Youth Pavilion Indy Rink
Indiana State Fairgrounds, Indianapolis
Public skating and ice skating lessons are available at the indoor TPH rink, stick-and-puck practice, beginner skating tutorials, or just a casual skate around the rink. Ages 4-9 can try hockey for free with trained coaching staff. Tickets cost $5-10, and skate rentals are $3. Skate aids are $5.
Hamilton County Ice Skating Rinks

Open from November through February. This skating experience in the heart of Carmel Christkindlmarkt feels just like a scene from a Hallmark movie. Sessions last 90 minutes. Tickets cost $9-11, and skate rental is $4.
Ice Ribbon at Grand Junction Plaza
Grand Junction Plaza, Westfield
Open from November to January. Westfield’s skating experience is friendly for all ages and experience levels. The rink is made of a synthetic ice alternative and is shaped more like a track than a round rink. Sessions last 90 minutes. Tickets cost $10-12 and include skate rental and optional skate aids. ADA-accessible sleds are also available at no cost on a first-come, first-served basis.
Carmel Ice Stadium
The venue, with two NHL-sized rinks, a fully stocked snack bar, party rooms, and a pro shop, offers a friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy ice skating while listening to music and socializing with family and friends. Cosmic Skating is when the lights are turned down with theatrical lighting, special effects, and music. Tickets cost $8-$10, and skate rental is $4.
Ice Rink at the Hill

From November to January, the park turns into a festive holiday village featuring the Ice Plaza, a smaller outdoor ice rink with real ice and holiday lights. There is music, concessions, photo opportunities around the rink, and on-site staff and warming stations for comfort and safety. Tickets cost $11-$13, and skate rental is included.
