Dougherty Orchards, situated in Wayne County, is set to unveil its lavender fields for the 2025 season! Take a leisurely walk through the lavender fields and capture memorable photos with your family and friends. Don’t miss out on the orchard’s petting farm, winery, delicious food, and refreshing drinks.
Willowfield Lavender Farm, Mooresville, IN
Willowfield Lavender Farm is an organic lavender farm with around 1,000 plants across four acres. The farm spans 28 acres, with woodlands hosting various plants and animals. Lavender blooms in late May/early June and continues through mid-September, so visitors can expect to see purple during this time. When the harvest is abundant, u-pick lavender is available. Fresh, hand-picked bundles are available for purchase in the shop. You can browse, roam the fields, wander the paths, or have a picnic— all for free! They also serve lavender-blended iced teas and sweets. Dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a leash.
Dollie’s Farm – Franklin, IN
Dollie’s Farm is a family-owned establishment that specializes in lavender and flowers. It is open from June to October for U-pick flowers, and you can purchase lavender products in the Flower Shed. Entry to the farm is free, except during special events. Relax under the pergola and arrange your flowers while enjoying the butterflies, flower fields, or enjoy a picnic lunch, and feel free to fly a kite in the lavender fields.
White Diamond Lavender Farms – Hope, IN
White Diamond Lavender Farms hosts a public summer lavender festival. This family-friendly event features a variety of vendors, including their lavender boutique. Guests can pick lavender bouquets, enjoy live music, sip lavender wine slushies, and dine from food trucks available on-site.
Lakeside Lavender and Herbs – La Porte, IN
Lakeside Lavender and Herbs is a small-scale farm cultivating lavender and herbs across 3 acres. The farm shop features small-batch, handcrafted, artisan-formulated products, all of which are also available on their website. During May through September, guests are welcome to the farm. The lavender field typically blooms from mid-June until around August 1. The U-pick season kicks off the weekend before the 4th of July.
New Hope Lavender – Spencer, IN
At New Hope Lavender, you can pick beautiful lavender by hand while enjoying chilled lavender lemonade! This Indiana property features 800 lavender plants of various types, including both oil and culinary varieties. You can participate in picking during special events throughout the lavender season.
Harmony Lavender – New Harmony, IN
Harmony Lavender boasts over 500 plants. The farm welcomes visitors during the summer months for U-Pick, strolls through the lavender fields, and shopping at the farm gift store. Heartland Hollows Lavender Farm – Bowling Green, IN
Heartland Hollows Lavender Farm is a U-pick farm specializing in lavender, sunflowers, and dried herbs. Operated by Rebecca and William Holloway and their two sons, the family-run farm offers a range of activities, including Pick-Your-Own lavender, workshops, wellness retreats, festivals, and educational farm tours. Their Indiana Enchanted Fairy Festival is a fantasy world featuring exciting music, entertainment, talented artisans, and engaging games, all designed to create magical memories.
