I’m sharing a list of my favorite essentials for the best water and nature fun. It’s taken an error or two on my part to learn that some things you NEED to a good creek stomping experience.

Whether you purchase through here, or in-store, water shoes are necessary for creek-stomping. With dangers such as slippery rocks, water snakes, and sharp debris to consider, you want to keep all the little (and big feet) safe with the proper footgear.

Water Shoes – these are the most essential item for creek stomping! Prevent slips, cuts, and potential run-ins with water snakes with proper water footwear. You’ll want to get some for the whole family!

Waterproof Phone Bag – it’s better safe than sorry when it comes to water and cell phones. Most of us want to get in good pictures, or at the very least have a cell phone for emergency calls. Keep it protected with one of these waterproof lanyard bags.

Blister Foot Balm – to prevent blisters from the water shoes and hiking, it’s always good to keep one of these on hand. You can apply before creek stomping to prevent blisters.
